San Agustinillo and around: boat trip
We went for a 3hrs boat trip even if I am not very comfortable in a boat. Just for the last time in our voyage!
- This massive rock was the house of hundreds of birds. The white colour is coming from the guano of the birds,
- The gray object on this beach, close to Ventanilla beach, was a remain of a drug-traffickers plane which crashed in the sea. The plane was taken out of the sea by the police but the traffickers had escaped with their drugs...It is one of the attraction of the beach now!
- Lee enjoyed fishing and was happy to catch a decent size fish. The captain caught also 2 more fish and kindly gave us all the fish that we cooked in the oven of our little kitchen. Un delice!
- We saw only a couple of marine turtles and normally dolphins can be seen too but unfortunately they were not on view today. Not very lucky!! But we enjoyed snorkeling and swimming in the sea.
